This zucchini recipe is so simple, but it has become one of my favorites when I need something quick, that’s also healthy & delicious! I think the secret is using garlic salt. I’ve tried salt and garlic powder before…somehow garlic salt is so much better!

Super Simple Sautéed Zucchini
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 medium zucchini
- Garlic salt and pepper
- Optional: Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat a small skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Next, slice the zucchini into matchsticks, rounds, or half-rounds. Turn the heat up to medium-high. Then, sauté for 5-7 minutes. Season with pepper, garlic salt, and Parmesan cheese before serving.
