Another week calls for a new batch of baked oatmeal. Pears seem like a fall favorite, but I have found some terrific ones recently!
With pears, cinnamon, and pecans- this healthy breakfast feels like a sweet treat!

Pear Pecan Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oat flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. old-fashioned oats
- 1 large pear, diced
- 1/4 - 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- Optional: Large pear, Chopped pecans, Caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, whisk in the applesauce, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and oat flour. Carefully whisk in the milk. Then, stir in the oats, diced pear, and chopped pecans. Next, pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish or 12-14 lined-muffin cups. If desired, top with an additional pear and chopped pecans. Bake for 30-35 minutes.Drizzle with caramel before serving.
