So, I recently made and fell in LOVE with pistachio shortbread. Then, I dipped it in dark chocolate…yum!! Sweet, buttery, delicious. Oh- and did I mention…whole grain!!!
Then, Easter was on the horizon and carrot cake ๐ฅ became front and center. Of course, I had to marry the two.
