  • 2 medium heads of cauliflower
  • Olive or avocado oil (can use spray)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried garlic
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

  • Spray or brush with olive or avocado oil. Next, season with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix together 1 tsp. of garlic powder, 1 tsp. of paprika, and 1/2 tsp. onion powder. Sprinkle half of the spice mixture on top of the cauliflower.
  • Roast cauliflower for 15 minutes. Then, remove from the oven.
  • Carefully flip over the cauliflower. Next, spray or brush with olive oil or avocado oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then, season with the remaining spice mixture. Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes, until fork tender.
