Healthy Burger Bowl

With these healthy burger bowls, burger night can feature low carb bowls loaded with all of your juicy burger favorites!

Course Dinner, Main Course
- 4 - 8 slices, of bacon, cooked
- 1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
- Salt and pepper
- 4 c. frozen sweet potato fries
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced or diced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 5 oz. lettuce
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Dressing
- 1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 - 2 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sweet relish
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- Optional: 1-2 tsp. sriracha
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a medium skillet, brown the bacon. Set aside on a plate, lined with a paper towel. Remove the leftover bacon grease.
Place the fries on a baking sheet. Cook according to the directions, about 12-18 minutes. You can also heat the fries in an air fryer.
Using the same skillet, brown the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and any of your favorite burger seasonings.
To Assemble the Bowls: Layer lettuce, tomatoes, onion, fries, beef, bacon, and cheese.
Using a blender, blend all of the dressing ingredients, until smooth. Drizzle over each bowl.
