1c.gluten free flour blend (I used oat, almond, and cassava)
10pepperonis, cut into pieces
1/4c.mozzarella, shredded
1/2tsp.dried oregano
Instructions
In a medium bowl or large measuring cup, whisk all of the ingredients. Heat a waffle iron according to directions. Next, spray with cooking spray and cook according to waffle iron directions (about 4-5 minutes per waffle.)
