1 1/2c.gluten free flour blend (I used oat, almond, and tapioca)
Glaze
1/3c.powdered sugar
1Tbsp.cream or milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Then, whisk in the butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, and eggs. Next, whisk in the cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and flour.
Pour into one large, greased loaf pan or 8 mini, greased loaf pans. Bake for 50-60 minutes for large or 20-25 minutes for mini. An inserted toothpick should come out clean. Allow to cool.
If desired, mix the powdered sugar and cream/milk until a thick glaze is formed. Drizzle over the banana bread.
