This gooey s’mores dip starts with a sweet cream cheese base. Then, it’s layered with the traditional s’mores elements we’ve come to know and love!
I must say- I think dips are one of my favorite things to make! They’re fun, easy, and then you get to add another fun snack into the mix! My favorite dipping items include- pretzels, graham crackers, and fruit. Other s’mores dips stick with melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows, but I like to use sweetened cream cheese as the base for most of my dips. It tastes great and is very versatile!
You can use a large bowl or glass baking dish, a skillet or individual ramekins, as long as it’s oven safe for broiling. Use low broil with the door open and WATCH THEM CAREFULLY! Or you will quickly have burnt marshmallows. Unless that’s what you were going for…
Best served warm, but also delicious cold.
The end of summer calls for this s’mores dip. Answer the call.
