Nothing is better than a frosty, homemade popsicle on a hot summer day!!!
Well, these icy treats are gluten free, dairy free, super simple, delicious, and take about 5 minutes to make! (plus freezing time)
Now, my niece may love lemon curd with peanut butter, but I wouldn’t recommend combining these flavors.
Although, life is all about taking risks, so choose your own adventure…
5 minutes + freezing time
Lemon or Peanut Butter Popsicles
Ingredients
- 2- 5.3 oz. containers of vanilla yogurt (I used coconutmilk yogurt)
- 4 Tbsp. cream or coconut creamer
- 1 c. vanilla coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 4 Tbsp. peanut butter
- OR
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 2 lemons
Instructions
- Whisk all of the ingredients. Then, pour into 6 popsicle molds. Freeze.
Notes
If peanut butter is too thick/not creamy, heat for a few seconds in the microwave before adding.
