These green beans are super simple, flavorful, and easy to make for a crowd or a party of one with some leftovers! Plus, you can always add bacon, which makes everything better!

Roasted Citrus Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. green beans (24 oz.)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Zest from 1/2 orange
- 2-3 Tbsp. orange juice
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss the green beans with the olive oil, garlic, orange zest, orange juice, salt, and pepper. Spread in a single-layer on one or two lined baking sheets. Roast for 10-15 minutes
- In a small skillet, toast the chopped pecans over medium heat for 2-5 minutes, until browned and fragrant. Stir occasionally. Finally, sprinkle over the green beans.
