Protein bites make the perfect sweet treat. They are very similar to cookie dough balls, except without all of that pesky risk of salmonella. Plus, they’re packed with protein and oats! You can even add protein powder for a larger energy boost!

Pumpkin Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. almond or cashew butter
- 1/2 c. pumpkin
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 c. white chocolate chips, chopped
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the cashew butter, pumpkin, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Transfer mixture to a medium mixing bowl. Next, stir in the oats and white chocolate chips. Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
Peanut Butter Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 - 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 - 1/2 c. peanuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the peanut butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, water, and chopped peanuts. Transfer mixture to a medium mixing bowl. Next, stir in the oats and mini chocolate chips. Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
