Summertime is all about cool and creamy treats! Especially if there are little ones around…
So, here are two frosty treats.
The first requires only one ingredient- yogurt. Fun decorations are optional. Simply spoon or pipe yogurt onto parchment paper. Decorate, if desired. Then, freeze. That’s it! Greek yogurt will hold shape the best!
The second treat uses a few more ingredients, but it’s also super simple! Slice bananas. Top with melted chocolate or peanut butter. Decorate with nuts, sprinkles, or chocolate chips. Then, freeze. Done.
So, if you hear, “can I have a snack??” 50 times per day, whether from your little one, your husband, or inside your own head…I’ve got you covered!

Frozen Yogurt Bites
Ingredients
- Your favorite flavor of yogurt
- Optional- sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, etc.
Instructions
- Spoon or pipe yogurt onto parchment paper. Freeze until solid. Enjoy!
Frozen Banana Bites
Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter or melted chocolate
- Optional: sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, etc.
Instructions
- Slice the banana. Drizzle with peanut butter or chocolate. Then, decorate with sprinkles, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts. Freeze & enjoy!
