I have been LOVING the peanut butter dip I made a few weeks ago! It may have found it’s way into my fridge weekly…it’s just so simple and makes a great snack!
But now, the sun is finally shining…the birds are chirping…my windows are open…HELLO SPRING!!!!!
Can you feel it?
As soon as numbers beginning with 3s, 4s, and 5s have officially left the forecast, lemons and limes begin to make their way into my shopping cart. I mean there were a few around over the winter…but, now they seem to only come in small groups.
So, as I was preparing ingredients for my weekly peanut butter dip, I decided to take a bit of a detour. This is a slightly updated version from a few weeks ago. It goes perfectly with pretzels, graham crackers, cookies, and fruit. It also makes a great “dressing” for grape salad!
It’s just too good not to make again! 😃
