Oh…you don’t feel like working…time for a snack! Kids are driving you crazy…snack! Laundry load #58,931 needs to be folded…but first, time for a sweet snack!
Simple and (sometimes) healthy snacks are a must! Instead of reaching for that bag of fried chips, bake your own! All you need is your favorite tortillas, a bit of oil, and some salt (or sugar.) That’s it!

Baked Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
- 2 tortillas (I could only find whole wheat at the store)
- 1 tsp. oil
- Salt (or cinnamon + sugar for a sweet variety)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Brush both sides of each tortilla with the oil. Then, sprinkle with salt. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Next, bake for 6-8 minutes, until browned. Serve with salsa or another dip.
