For a quick, sweet treat- these air fryer peaches make a healthy snack or dessert in 15 minutes or less!
Peaches are a fantastic summertime treat! Juicy and sweet- they’re frequently on sale at the grocery store or you can visit an orchard and pick your own!
Biting into a cool one on a warm, summer day is pretty satisfying. Peaches are also terrific grilled or baked, but sometimes you just don’t want to be around all of that heat. If you have an air fryer- this sweet treat is just about 10 minutes away!
Simply slice, remove the pit, and air fry with a light spray of oil. Then, add a bit of butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Voila!
The caramelized flavor would be delicious on its own, but just a little honey or brown sugar really takes them to a new level.
Peaches are in season from May through September. Go get some before they’re gone!

Can you cook fruit in an air fryer??
Absolutely! Cooking temps and times will vary based on type of fruit and size. Add a bit of oil, sprinkle on some of your favorite spices, and air fry for an extra sweet treat!
Should grilled peaches be ripe?
For best results, peaches should be a little shy of ripe. If a peach is too soft, it will become mushy.
Can you use canned peaches?
No. Canned peaches are already ripe and will become very mushy. Plus, all of that juice would be very messy!
