With this 5-Minute Peanut Butter Oat Bran, you can start your day off right! Lightly sweetened oats and creamy peanut butter packed with protein and fiber!

- 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup or sugar-free sweetener
- 1/3 c. oat bran
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 2/3 c. milk (can use dairy free)
In a 4-cup capacity or larger bowl, whisk the peanut butter and maple syrup. Then, stir in the oat bran and protein powder. Carefully stir in the milk. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Then, stir and allow to sit for 1-2 minutes. If desired, add a few mini chocolate chips.
