Gluten Free Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks

For an ooey gooey snack packed with protein, try these homemade gluten free air fryer mozzarella sticks! Way better than store bought using only 4 ingredients!

- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. gluten free breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 4 mozzarella sticks, cut in half
In a small skillet, heat the butter over low heat. Then, add the breadcrumbs. Cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes until browned and crisp. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
Dip each cheese stick in the egg mixture. Next, carefully coat in the breadcrumbs. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
Set the air fryer to 400 degrees. Turn on for 1-2 minutes to heat. Then, add the mozzarella sticks and cook for 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is soft, but not oozing.
