Gluten Free Peanut Butter Pie

With an Oreo crust and a rich peanut butter custard, this gluten free peanut butter pie makes a simple, yet unapologetically sinful treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 20-24 gluten free Oreos
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 2/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. whipped topping
  • Optional: Reese's peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Use a small food processor to crush the gluten free Oreos. Then, stir together the crushed Oreos with the melted butter. Use a dry measuring cup to carefully press into the pie plate. Bake the crust for 5-7 minutes to set.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Then, beat in the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Finally, beat in the whipped topping. Continue to beat until smooth. Spoon mixture into the cooled pie crust. Use a knife, spoon, or offset spatula to evenly spread. Top with chopped peanut butter cups Refrigerate for 4+ hours.
