Ingredients

  • 1 c. gluten free flour blend
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the dry ingredients. Then, beat in the yogurt. In the bowl, knead dough 12-15 times and add more flour as needed to create a slightly sticky dough. If desired, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Separate the dough into 8 equal parts. Then, roll each piece into a log. Cross the ends and pull one through, creating a knot. Brush with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Next, bake for 20-22 minutes, until golden brown.
  • In a medium skillet, heat 2 Tbsp. of butter. Then, add the garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add the knots to the skillet and coat each side in the mixture. You can also brush the garlic knots with any remaining butter.
